All listings on this website can be applied for and contracted by both international and Japanese students, before or after arriving in Japan.
Even if your student visa has not yet been issued, you can proceed with housing application or contract with an acceptance letter from Waseda University.
The number of rooms available for occupancy starting around September typically increases beginning in June.
Properties that are currently displaying “no vacancy” may still become available later, so we kindly ask you to keep checking this website..
For any properties you are interested in, you can inquire individually using the ‘Inquire’ button on each property page or add multiple properties to your ‘Favorites’ and submit a collective inquiry.
The corresponding managing companies (either WPM or affiliated companies) will respond to your inquiries.
Even if the properties are managed by different companies, you can inquire about them collectively through our website.
If you are unsure about your search criteria or want to see available properties, the ‘Housing Search Inquiry Form’ option is convenient.
After you provide the required information, WPM and/or its affiliates will send you relevant materials and follow up with you.

まだビザの発給がされていなくても、早稲田大学の合格通知が出ていれば手続きを進められます。
9月頃から入居ができるお部屋の情報は、6月頃より増えてきます。
「満室」表記が出ている物件についても、これから空き予定、募集がでる可能性もありますので是非チェックしてみてください。
